Welcome to LifePathn (lifepathn.com). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LifePathn website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these terms carefully before using LifePathn. By accessing or using LifePathn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using LifePathn in any manner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service. LifePathn reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may not use LifePathn without parental or guardian consent and supervision.

2. Description of Service

LifePathn is an online platform designed to provide users with personalized insights, guidance, and informational content related to life planning, personal development, and decision-making. The Service includes but is not limited to interactive tools, assessments, content recommendations, user profiles, and community features.

LifePathn operates as a subscription-based service accessible via web browser and mobile application. The Service utilizes algorithms and data analysis to deliver personalized content and recommendations to individual users based on their inputs, preferences, and engagement patterns.

The Service is continuously evolving, and LifePathn may add, remove, or modify features, tools, and content at its sole discretion. LifePathn makes no guarantee regarding the perpetual availability of any specific feature or service component.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of LifePathn, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. You agree to notify LifePathn immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You may not use anyone else's account without permission. You may not share your account credentials with other individuals. Each account is intended for use by a single individual only.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for updating your account information to keep it current and complete. LifePathn is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete account information.

3.3 Account Termination

LifePathn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service, unauthorized or fraudulent use, or engagement in any illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Pricing

LifePathn offers a subscription-based service at the rate of $9.00 per month (USD). This price is subject to change, with thirty (30) days' written notice provided to subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

You authorize LifePathn to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Billing occurs on the same day of each month as your subscription commencement date. If your subscription begins on a date that does not exist in a particular month, billing will occur on the last day of that month.

4.2 Payment Methods

LifePathn accepts payment through credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on the subscription page. You agree that all billing information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment method information and notifying LifePathn of any changes.

By providing payment information, you authorize LifePathn to process charges through your designated payment method. You acknowledge that payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors and that LifePathn is not directly responsible for payment transaction processing, though LifePathn maintains responsibility for ensuring secure handling of your information.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting LifePathn's support team using the contact information provided in Section 10 of these Terms of Service.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. No refunds or credits are provided for partial months of service.

LifePathn reserves the right to automatically cancel subscriptions where payment fails after a reasonable number of retry attempts or where fraudulent activity is detected.

4.4 Refund Policy

LifePathn does not provide refunds for subscription fees once payment has been processed and accepted, except as required by applicable law or in cases where LifePathn determines that a refund is warranted due to a service failure or billing error.

If you experience a legitimate billing error or duplicate charge, you must contact LifePathn's support team within thirty (30) days of the charge for consideration of a refund or credit.

In the event that LifePathn becomes unable to provide the Service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their current billing period. Such refunds will be determined solely at LifePathn's discretion.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where specifically stated in this agreement or as required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit the limitation of refund rights; if you reside in such a jurisdiction, you may have additional refund rights under local law.

4.5 Free Trials

LifePathn may offer free trial periods for new users. During a free trial period, you have full access to the Service without charge. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the end of the free trial period if you do not wish to be charged the subscription fee. Failure to cancel before the end of the free trial period will result in automatic charges to your payment method at the applicable subscription rate.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 LifePathn's Intellectual Property

All content, materials, design, structure, layout, graphics, text, images, video, audio, and other information contained within LifePathn, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, tools, assessments, recommendations, and any derivative works thereof, are the exclusive property of LifePathn or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in or to any content accessed through LifePathn. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by LifePathn.

5.2 Limited License

LifePathn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Service. This license is revocable at any time, for any reason, at LifePathn's sole discretion.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from LifePathn without LifePathn's prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable fair use doctrine or as necessary for the ordinary operation of your device.

5.3 User Content

If LifePathn permits you to submit, upload, or otherwise provide any content, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other materials ("User Content"), you retain ownership of such User Content. However, by submitting User Content to LifePathn, you grant LifePathn a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content for any purpose, including but not limited to improving the Service, developing new features, and marketing purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that submission does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights or privacy laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEPATHN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

LIFEPATHN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE. LIFEPATHN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFEPATHN, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT LIFEPATHN HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES; IN SUCH CASES, LIFEPATHN'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6.3 Cap on Liability

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, LIFEPATHN'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL
